เมื่อวันที่  23 มิถุนายน 2568 เวลา 11.00 น. ณ ห้องประชุมศรียะลา อาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 6 รอบ พระชนมพรรษา มหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ วิทยาเขตยะลา จังหวัดยะลา

สมาคมกีฬาปันจักสีลัตแห่งประเทศไทย นำโดย นายภาณุ อุทัยรัตน์ นายกสมาคม กีฬาปันจักสีลัตแห่งประเทศไทย ได้จัดพิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (Memorandum of Understanding – MOU) ร่วมกับ Middle East and North Africa Pencak Silat Federation (MENA Pencak Silat Federation) โดยมี H.E. Osama Kokandy ประธานสหพันธ ตะวันออกกลาง เป็นผู้ร่วมลงนาม

  โดยมีผู้แทนจากส่วนราชการในจังหวัดยะลา และชมรมในสังกัด สมาคมกีฬาปันจักสีลัตแห่งประเทศไทย ต่างๆเข้าร่วมเป็นสักขีพยานในพิธีอย่างพร้อมเพรียง ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้ถือเป็นความร่วมมือเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ ก้าวสำคัญของ

เพื่อ การขยายบทบาทกีฬาปันจักสีลัตไทยสู่ระดับนานาชาติ โดยมีสาระสำคัญของ MOU

  ได้แก่

 • การจัดส่งผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬาปันจักสีลัตจากประเทศไทย ไปประจำ ณ ซาอุดิอาระเบีย เพื่อทำหน้าที่  ถ่ายทอดทักษะ เทคนิค และระบบการฝึกซ้อมตามแบบฉบับของไทย

 • การแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ด้านวิชาการกีฬา การพัฒนาโค้ชและบุคลากร

 • การเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อจัดกิจกรรมและการแข่งขันร่วมกันในอนาคต

 • การเปิดพื้นที่ความร่วมมือระหว่างสองสมาคม เพื่อร่วมกันพัฒนานักกีฬารุ่นใหม่ในภูมิภาคตะวันออกกลาง

ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้เกิดจากความสัมพันธ์ที่แน่นแฟ้นระหว่างสมาคมกีฬาปันจักสีลัตแห่งประเทศไทย กับ MENA Pencak Silat Federation ซึ่งให้ความสนใจอย่างยิ่งในแนวทางการฝึกซ้อมของไทย ที่มุ่งเน้นระเบียบวินัย เทคนิค และการพัฒนาร่างกายอย่างเป็นระบบ

       นายภาณุ อุทัยรัตน์ กล่าวถึงความร่วมมือนี้ว่า นี่ไม่ใช่แค่การส่งโค้ชไปต่างประเทศ แต่เป็นการส่งศิลปะป้องกันตัวปันจักสีลัต ที่ผู้ฝึกสอน มีพื้นฐานมาจากมวยไทย เป็นซอฟเพาเวอร์ ไปสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ และเปิดโอกาสให้โลกได้รู้จักความสามารถของคนไทย ยกระดับไทยสู่ศูนย์กลางการฝึกสอนความร่วมมือดังกล่าวยังเป็นหนึ่งในยุทธศาสตร์สำคัญของสมาคมในการ ยกระดับประเทศไทยสู่การเป็นศูนย์กลางการฝึกสอนปันจักสีลัตในภูมิภาคเอเชียและตะวันออกกลาง ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับแนวนโยบายการกีฬาเพื่อการทูต (Sports Diplomacy) และเป้าหมายระยะยาวในการผลักดันกีฬาปันจักสีลัตเข้าสู่เวทีโลกอย่างยั่งยืน

 

ทั้งนี้   ทาง “สมาคมกีฬาปันจักสีลัตแห่งประเทศไทยขอขอบคุณ จังหวัดยะลา มหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ วิทยาเขตยะลา ชมรมในสังกัดสมาคม หน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และผู้ที่เข้าร่วมเป็นเกียรติและสักขีพยานในพิธีลงนามครั้งสำคัญ เพื่อร่วมแสดงพลังความร่วมมือของกีฬาไทยที่ก้าวไกลสู่ระดับโลก”

The Panchak Silat Association of Thailand and MENA Pencak Silat Federation signed MOU to send Thai coaches to Saudi Arabia to build an international sports network.

On June 23, 2568 B.E., at 11.00 a.m., at the Sriyala Conference Room, Chaloem Phrakiat Building, 6th Cycle Birthday Anniversary, National Sports University, Yala Campus, Yala Province.

PANU Uthairat, President of the PANU Uthairat Sports Association of Thailand, recently held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony with Middle East and North Africa Pentak Silat Federation (MENA Pencak Silat Federation). E. Osama Kokandy, president of the Middle East Federation, is the co-signer. 

  Representatives from government agencies in Yala Province and clubs under the Panjak Silat Sports Association of Thailand witnessed the ceremony in unison. This cooperation is a strategic step forward.

The aim is to expand the role of Thai Panchak Silat sport to the international level. The main points of the MOU are as follows:

 • The event was held in Saudi Arabia for the purpose of transferring Thai traditional skills, techniques and training systems.

 • Knowledge exchange in sports, coach development and personnel

 • Preparations for future events and competitions will be made.

 • The cooperation between the two organizations will also be open to develop a new generation of athletes in the Middle East region.

The cooperation stems from a strong relationship between the Panchak Silat Association of Thailand and the MENA Penzak Silat Federation, which focuses on discipline, technique and systematic body development. 

       Mr. Panu Uthairat said that this collaboration is not just about sending coaches overseas, but about sending Panchak Silat martial arts based on Muay Thai as a soft power to inspire and give the world an opportunity to learn about Thai talent. Raising Thailand to the centre of training is also one of the Association's key strategies.  Raising Thailand to become a training hub for Panchak Silat in Asia and the Middle East in line with Sports Diplomacy and the long-term goal of bringing Panchak Silat to the global arena in a sustainable manner.
